Process

AI drafts. A designer decides. You approve.

The whole thing takes about four weeks. Here's what happens each week, what you'll see, and what we'll need from you.

Brief

Week 1 · One call, one form

You fill in the request form; we hold a 45-minute kickoff. We dig into who the site is for, what they need to believe, and what you can't stand about your current site or competitors'.

Out of it comes a one-page brief we both sign off on. It's the yardstick for every decision after.

We'll need Logo and any brand files · Access to the current site · Examples you like and hate · Your top three customers, described

AI draft

Weeks 1–2 · Internal, you don't see the raw output

With the brief as input, AI tooling produces sitemap options, wireframes for every page, first-pass copy, and a handful of visual directions. This is the part that used to take three weeks; now it takes days.

None of it reaches you unfiltered. The designer reads all of it, throws most of it out, and keeps what's useful.

Why this matters The draft is cheap, so we can explore more options than a traditional process allows — and spend the saved time on the part that needs a human.
03

Designer finish

Weeks 2–3 · Your first review

This is the alley-oop: the designer catches the draft and finishes it. Typography, color, layout rhythm, imagery, and voice are set by hand against the brief. Copy is rewritten so it sounds like you talking to a customer, not a model talking to everyone.

You see a designed homepage plus key inner pages, with notes on why. Two rounds of feedback are included.

You'll get Designed pages at desktop and phone size · A short rationale · A feedback link, not a 40-slide deck
04

Build & launch

Weeks 3–4 · Your second review

The approved design is built in Webflow: clean class structure, a CMS where content will grow, responsive at every size, forms wired up, analytics in place, metadata and alt text written.

You review the staging site on your own devices. We fix, run the launch checklist, point the domain, and go live.

Care or handoff

After launch · Your choice

Managed: you send requests, we make the changes, host, monitor, and check in monthly. The site keeps improving without you thinking about it.

Handed off: we set up Webflow's Editor so your team can change text, images, and CMS content without breaking layout, run a training session, and leave a written guide.

House rules

How we keep AI from making your site generic.

Nothing ships unread.Every line of copy and every layout is reviewed and edited by the designer before you see it.
The brief beats the model. If a draft doesn't serve what we agreed in week one, it goes — no matter how polished it looks.
Real photos over stock, stock over generated. We'll help you get real imagery. Generated images are a last resort and always disclosed.
One person is accountable. The designer who tailors your site is the one who builds it and the one who answers your email.
